Administrator App / Chem for Admin

How long have you played PK-Worldscape?
I have played this server for just under a week and have been helping new players as they log on and adversing the server to friends in New York, United Kingdom, Australia, Texas, Massachusetts) via Skype.
How long have you been apart of PK-Worldscape's staff team?
I have been part of the staff the day I logged into the server because I meet the owner Josh and he made me mod (I did not mention becoming mod in the conversation.)
How many hours can you dedicate to the server?
I can dedicate all day and hours past other staff into the night (thank Starbucks for that)
Why should we pick you?
I have a large amount of experience on private servers and have been staff on many servers that have been shut down but I still have contact with there owners from all over the world. I also can advertise this server on my website http://mytunesjavaplay.yolasite.com/
Do you have previous experience as Admin?
I have a large amount of experienced with different staff positions such as admin, mod, owner, and co-owner I also can help this server by making it the 562 alternative to my friends 317 forums are at http://gregscape.tk/ and his website http://www.gregstuff.co.cc
A close friend of yours comes up to you and tells you that he's been banned by another staff member. Later you discover that the ban was unjustified. What would you do? Explain and please elaborate.
I would ask the staff why he banned the player if it is for truly unjust reasons I will post the information on the forums.
You are forced to ban a popular player and a riot breaks out among the players, multiple spamming, flaming, rule breaking, your muting and they evaid your punishments by making new accounts. What would you do?
I would tell the players why I banned him and if they continue become stricter in enforcement of rules and post on forums. In Game Name: Chem
